The Client Managers at Strive Search Group spend extensive time with our valued clients in order to develop a game plan for attracting the best talent to their company. We will find the qualities which make working at your company a unique and rewarding experience. Understanding those traits allows us to attract the candidates who will be a truly correct fit.
We spend extensive time with our candidates identifying exactly what their career goals are as well as their monetary requirements. We will help your company land the type of people who will add value to your bottom line.
We find that most recruiters work like this: Place a candidate with their client and hope that things work out. Our goal is to deliver a complete staffing experience. We will follow up with the candidate and the direct manager once every 2 weeks for the first 3 months and then once a month for the next year. We want to know if things aren’t working out….and we will either solve the problem or replace the candidate.
